Purpose: Analytics and Insights is accountable for ensuring that we are translating business and communication objectives into an actionable and measurable media framework for the client. Â This role is responsible for analysing trends and data in order to effectively develop both innovative and practical solutions for client.Â
Insights & Learnings:
•   Support the team with the development & presentation of media strategies through:
o   Channel evaluation and selection. Â
o   Providing target market insights and recommendationsÂ
o   Analysing benchmarks and KPISÂ
o   Posting campaign presentations with clear insights and learnings to positively impact future campaigns.
o   Monitoring competitive media and spend activity, and delivering key learnings, thus ensuring competitive media strategies.Â
•   Provide ROI opportunities for clients’ e.g., modeling, integration of strategy & implementation learnings.Â
•   Be the custodian of both quantitative and qualitative insight at all stages throughout the strategic planning process.Â
•   Think critically and be discerning about information sources.
•   Understand and predict the dynamics of the market and its implications for the client.
•   Conduct quarterly media landscape updates & regular media reviews (Competitor analysis and media environment scans) Â
•   Assist in developing, updating, and generating data for Interactive Dashboards.
•   Keep up to date in using media measurement tools. Â
•   Analyze website, social media platforms, online stats, trends.
•   Interpret digital metrics, for a fast-paced and dynamic television environment.Â
•   Manage online campaigns, reporting and analytics in all digital and social media channels.Â
•   Pull data from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Analytics and other sources and aggregate results into a proprietary database.
•   Monitor activity on an ongoing basis to identify optimization opportunities.Â
The Ideal CandidateÂ
•   At least 6 years of through-the-line media experience preferred.Â
•   Minimum of 4 years of experience in media analytics.Â
•   Familiar with online and social media platforms and publishing in a professional environment (i.e. Websites, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google Plus, Vine etc.)Â
•   Strong analytical and numeracy abilities required.Â
•   Skilled in industry related research and stats tools.
•   A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Â
•   Strong up to date understanding of tracking and tagging, attribution modelling, behavioral marketing, database modelling, retargeting, addressability, viewability, brand safetyÂ
•   Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented.Â
•   Good understanding of media channels, both digital and traditional Â
•   Problem-solver
•   Proven experience using data to generate insights and demonstrate their value to influence business decisions.
•   Experience with MarTech, social analytics (listening and native platforms), reporting dashboard technology and digital media whilst strategically focusing on business objectives.
