Duties:
We are looking for a media professional who is flexible, collaborative and able to work independently. The Associate, Social Performance is responsible for all aspects of paid social including the implementation, uploading, testing, QA, deployment, troubleshooting and analysis of all campaign activities. You will be an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, working closely with the Specialist, Social Performance to ensure campaigns are setup for success with accuracy and manage campaign delivery as well as optimization and client reporting.
Position Description:
• Manage the day to day trafficking and setup of Social campaigns, ensuring intended delivery and tracking
• Act as operations liaison to test and evaluate new features and products
• Advise clients and internal teams in technical best practices
• Generate and compile reports for internal teams as well as client
• Troubleshoot operational queries and reported problems
• Provide quality assurance to any trafficked ad campaigns
• Escalate any concerns or recommendations to the wider team
• Surface, investigate, communicate and drive reported issues to resolution. Typically, these are related to ad tag implementations, creatives, pixels, buying platform related issues and reporting.
• Understanding the online bidding process for the purchase of ad impressions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the client’s business and the digital landscape
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers and agency partners
• Working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools
• Responsible for assigned project tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate
• Minimal media planning experience, preferably digital, ideally Social
• Strong time management and organization skills, ability to handle and prioritize multiple asks
• Strong proficiency in MS office suite
• Analytical with high attention to detail
• Strong client service skills
• Strong communications skills; both written and verbal
