We’re currently seeking an Implementation & Activation Group Investment Director (what a mouthful!), I&A GID for short, to lead a single client focused team after an internal transition.

YOUR TEAM
The broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients, across traditional offline channels.
Our I&A team are fully embedded within our Mindshare client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.

YOUR ROLE

The Group Investment Director is a critical role, ensuring we are setting our clients up for success now and in the future.  You will lead and motivate a team who specialise in Implementation Planning & Activation. As a leader, you will be expected to set up an environment where people have clarity on their performance & career paths and are empowered and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Provide thought leadership and drive key senior client and publisher engagement
  • Regularly meet with vendors and partners to drive your client’s agenda and future growth.
  • Provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client’s business, industry and competitors.
  • Showcase exceptional knowledge of the media landscape, able to confidently articulate and train others on core media principles.
  • Identify, collate and showcase examples of great work from within the team, both internally and externally, contributing to entries for awards and competitions.

This team are 100% traditional so TV experience is critical to setting you up for success, including;
  • Strong, up to date, media landscape knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.
  • First class negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with publishers, representing the agency team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.
