工作职责 |【主线剧情】:
- 项目管理:深度参与一个项目,在我们的帮助下负责与客户及合作伙伴进行全方位沟通,并根据我们制定的项目管理规划,积极协调辅助各方根据时间规划同步推进。
- 洞察:基于对客户游戏及全球游戏市场的深度理解,提出对传播方案策略和创意有价值的洞察,并能用有感染力的方式进行表达沟通。
- 资源整合:定期汇总我们各方合作伙伴提供的资源,并保持良好的长期合作关系
- 充分包装并展示你的案例,配合公司积极申请领先的行业奖项。
- 基于项目需求的国内外差旅
你需要具备的特质 |【技能树】:
- 3年工作经验,在行业领先的游戏公司发行或营销岗位,或者广告公司的创意型岗位拥有扎实一线经验。
- 自身是单机游戏的长期核心玩家,对各类型主流单机游戏类型有长期的关注,对国内外各类主流单机类型的玩法机制有深刻理解。
- 有游戏开发经验会是很重要的加分项;不在于你所参与开发的游戏规模大小,但系统策划和世界观策划相关的实战经验和热情会是我们宝贵的财富。
- 丰富的欧美生活或工作背景,对东西方流行文化的异同有自己独特的理解,能用英语进行深度的工作沟通,有小语种能力是加分项。
- 出色的沟通技巧和同理心,能与不同团队不同文化背景的合作伙伴建立融洽互惠的合作关系
