Brief Description
We are hiring a Media Planning Manager to demonstrate B to B online campaign project management experience for the well-known global brand. You will also assist your line director as the subject matter expert within a wider integrated media planning team. This is a critical role within the agency, one that offers a variety of client facing and internal stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Build a detailed understanding of your campaign pipeline and task status.
· Manage relationships with key decision makers within your client portfolio through a structured client engagement plan.
· Contribute innovative ideas as part of the wider team planning process.
· Deliver best in class execution plans using our available range of tools and software to plan client campaigns
· Develop and deliver a data driven performance plan framework and the strategy for your clients, to increase their campaigns effectiveness.
Client Management
· Develop strong relationships with clients, be their go to person for anything to media
· Work with wider team members – biddable team, data analytics, trading and ad operation team – to ensure regular reporting that serves the client’s needs.
· Anticipate the client’s needs and set up internal process to meet / exceed them
Operational Excellence
· Work closely with the team to produce best in class campaign strategy, plan and rationale documents, for both digital and offline media.
· Be the custodian of your client’s advertising presence on digital platforms & the go-to-person on all matters digital
· Lead the delivery of measurement, analysis and reporting of all media campaigns and feed this intelligence and insight back into the media planning process
· Provide insight and analysis closely with the support from the Client Lead to develop the media strategy and plan.
Technical Capability
· Online and Offline Media Strategy and Execution Planning
· Publisher collaboration & idea creation
· Post campaign insights analysis
· Internal & external briefing management
· Media buying & insertion order management
· Biddable hands on operation experience as a plus
· Experience in DoubleClick tools (GCM), verification tools (IAS/DV), and offline media will be a huge advantage
Qualifications and Requirements
· 5+ years’ media agency experience, across a range of industries
· Online & Offline Media Planning Experience
· Exceptional verbal, written, communication skills with an analytical mind set
· An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills
· Experience working across either Media, Marketing, Consultancy, Business Analytics
· Experience working in e-commerce paid media a huge plus
· MS Office skills with advance knowledge in Excel
· Bilingual is a must. Communication, reading and writing in both English and Japanese is required
