About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Digital Operation Lead to join our dynamic team at Mindshare, working specifically on the Essilor account. This role is crucial in managing the daily operations of our international digital hub, ensuring seamless campaign development and execution while fostering strong relationships with regional partners and the global team.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the digital hub, encompassing the entire campaign lifecycle from strategy and planning to optimization and reporting.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in digital marketing.
- Lead project and task management, setting clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables for the team.
- Partner Collaboration:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key regional digital partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on client KPIs and testing roadmaps.
- Proactively identify and address potential process bottlenecks, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
- Global Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the global team to guarantee data accuracy, insightful campaign analysis, and seamless delivery of global initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the data & tech roadmap in partnership with the Global Lead.
- Client Value & Innovation:
- Play a key role in delivering exceptional value to the client by leveraging data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, embracing the diverse perspectives and experiences of the international team and client base.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Essential:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in a media agency environment, with a strong focus on digital strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with programmatic and biddable media platforms.
- Proven track record in managing international hub operations, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong pedagogical skills to effectively mentor and guide team members.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Desirable:
- Experience with advanced reporting models, including data attribution.
