Overview of the Job
You will play a key role as a Senior Executive to provide strong integrated media excellence for in-scope FMCG categories.
Responsibilities:
Off-Platform Campaign Planning
• Develop and execute innovative digital media strategies across major platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, driving traffic and conversions to client e-commerce stores.
• Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted campaigns to reach desired customer segments.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize performance towards client KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates.
On-Platform Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, leveraging platform-specific advertising solutions such as Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Manage and optimize marketplace affiliate programs to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketplace partners to identify new opportunities and leverage platform insights.
Financial Reconciliation:
• Manage campaign budgets and track spending across all platforms.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide clients with transparent and detailed campaign performance reports.
Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Proactively communicate campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years+ of experience in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on retail/e-commerce.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, Programmatic planning and buying and other digital channels
- Deep understanding of marketplace advertising solutions and affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting dashboards).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
