Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the leading global media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for Strategic Planning Executive to join us.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Have an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients
- Provide assistance in the evaluation of media opportunities
In six months:
- Assist Line Manager in annual review/planning proposal for the client.
- Start to build a relationship with specialists from client side
In 12 months:
- Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.
- Assist in leading a small-scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager).
Responsibilities of the role:
1.Provide high-quality strategy and tactics in client proposal and reporting.
2.Strong problem-solving capability and implementation capacity.
3.Manage day to day operational work on the given client(s) with the team.
4.Ensure client projects are kept on track while adhering to campaign objectives.
5.Manage the daily communication with multiple parties; able to tackle sudden requests/issues with proper attitude and professional skills.
6.Understand and keep updated with the latest media, esp. digital trends.
What you will need:
1.3-4-year proven experience in planning department of media agency (4A agency is preferred).
2.Good Presentation skills (written and oral).
3.Bachelor’s degree and above.
4.Good at English & Chinese speaking, reading & writing.
