Purpose: To lead and drive forward excellence in Digital Media Activation for the client, delivering continued improvement of digital activation for search, social, e-commerce and programmatic/display campaigns. This dual role demands a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of both the digital media landscape and the intricacies of e-commerce.
 
Digital Strategy & Leadership
•Develop and execute cutting-edge digital strategies that align with client business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
•Lead and inspire a team of digital specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that prioritizes innovation and excellence in campaign activation.
•Oversee the Digital Hub, ensuring seamless workflow, efficient resource allocation, and the highest standards of quality control across all digital deliverables.
•Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
•Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape, proactively researching and recommending emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
•Implement strategic change and deliver operational excellence with process orientation.
•Work with the People and Learning teams to grow skills and capabilities of the team through custom developed training and certification programmes.
 
 E-commerce Expertise & Strategy
•Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for our clients.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of client e-commerce platforms, identifying areas for optimization.
•Collaborate closely with clients to understand their e-commerce goals, target audiences, and competitive landscape, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
•Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, including mobile optimization, personalization, social commerce, and emerging technologies.
•Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
 
Client Relationship Management
•Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and consultant on all matters related to digital marketing and e-commerce.
•Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, driving incremental revenue and solidifying the agency’s value.
•Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients and internal agency teams, fostering a strong and productive partnership.
•Effectively manage client expectations, addressing concerns promptly, and consistently exceeding expectations.
 
Team Management & Development
•Provide clear direction and guidance to a team of digital specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
•Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth, and recognizing achievements.
•Manage team workload and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
•Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
 
Ideal Candidate
•Minimum 10 years of proven experience in digital media agency operations.
•Experience in e-commerce.
•Deep understanding of both digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive tangible business results.
•Client relationship management skills.

•Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including media planning software, analytics platforms, e-commerce platforms, and project management
