Ursula Arnold is CEO of the media agency Mindshare in Austria with effect from November 1, 2018. She succeeds Christine Antlanger-Winter, who leaves the company after 15 years, including 10 years in management, to pursue new professional tasks. Antlanger-Winter has helped shape the development of Mindshare into a digital and innovation-driven agency.
Arnold started her career at Mindshare in 2003. As a member of the Executive Board since 2009 and Chief Operating Officer (COO) since April 2017, the graduate of Business Administration had overall Client Leadership and New Business responsibilities at Mindshare. As an experienced and strategically thinking media expert, Arnold's management function ensures that the Mindshare team offers optimal, holistic expertise to all customers, places a clear focus on brand management and develops brand experiences. Arnold began her career in the media industry in 1999 within WPP at the media agency MQI Austria, now Wavemaker. Prior to joining Mindshare, she worked in auditing and tax consulting at Arthur Andersen Consulting (later Auditor Treuhand GmbH), laying the foundations for her comprehensive business understanding.
