International Women's Day 2022

This year's International Women's Day theme is #BreaktheBias; an opportunity to collectively help break bias, stereotypes and discrimination. In 2022, the Womxn's Collective want to make our efforts heard even louder. So, this year we challenged Mindshare & Neo employees to champion women from the agency, our media partners and our clients alike, who we feel deserve to be nominated either for their efforts to champion inclusivity but equally to celebrate their fantastic achievements.
