Treat each project or experience as an opportunity to add a tool to your toolbox. There will be many times in your career where you will reach back into that toolset to identify how to solve new problems and repurpose work in new ways. By seeking out new opportunities that allow you to continuously learn, you’ll continue adding tools and evolving in your career with purpose.

Find time to prioritize social interaction with your peers. It’s important that you find the right balance between flexibility and stability, not just for yourself, but for your teammates as well.
With a busy schedule that includes work, family, kids, and associated activities…I try to make sure I find some time for myself, so I don’t get lost in the shuffle. It’s important to set aside personal time to maintain hobbies, interests, and personal progress (wherever that may be).
