My career has taught me to never stop learning, never stop asking questions, and to never stop challenging yourself and your team. There is always something new that a teammate or colleague can teach you, and that you can teach them. Each day has endless learning opportunities if you take advantage of them. Especially in these past few years, it's important to embrace the change and tackle it as a team, never alone.
Chaotic! It was definitely an adjustment balancing work, elementary age kids, COVID, and constant change. I was always on my feet and moving from one thing to the next, but I was able to learn and adapt so much as a result.
It's important to figure out what works for you and what brings out the best in your work output -- everyone and everyday is different, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. There's great value in being able to embrace the ebb & flow and constant change in day-to-day life and see where it leads you.
My team and my kids. Throughout all of the chaos and uncertainty of the past few years, there are still smiles, laughs, and hugs shared (even through screens).
Though the world we live in and the ways we interact have changed vastly, we're still finding ways to connect and stay in touch with one another, despite all the change.
