Meet: Caitlin Ori

This week, we talk to Caitlin Ori, Digital Manager from our Chicago office. She tells us about her proudest moment, what inspires her and how Mindshare empowers her to do the best work of her career, have fun and grow.

I never back down. When I'm passionate about an idea or believe strongly in a recommendation, I will put everything I have in making that the absolute best thing it can be. While it doesn't always go my way, every day I challenge the status quo and solve the questions being asked like - How? When? Why? We will find a way!

Proudest professional moment so far?
I was involved in our Gold Cannes Lions winning campaign, Hacking Prime Day Campaign, for Cheerios (General Mills). I loved working on it and then to see it win at Cannes, as well as multiple other industry awards is truly incredible. I attended Adweek's Media Plan of the Year awards last fall to pick up the award, too!

What inspires you?
I get inspiration from so many different outlets, but I would have to say sports really inspire me. Athletes are amazing and I'm truly inspired by their accomplishments and work ethic. I root for the underdog and am a sucker for a good comeback story.

What do you think is the most exciting thing happening in media right now?
Innovation. It feels like now more than ever, new platforms or technologies have the chance to blow up and become the next big thing. It's exciting to see and be apart of. You have to constantly be on your toes and in the know on what's happening in the industry.

What have you done at Mindshare that couldn’t have done anywhere else?
Mindshare is a truly global network. I've had the opportunity to meet and work with people all over the world. I've felt so connected to our global offices, specifically with the sharing of our top work, which creates a unique global culture only found here.

What is #1 on your bucket list?
To climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. It's a life goal and hopefully when we can travel again, I'll get to go.
