Meet Lacy Crawford, a Planning Senior Associate in our Chicago office, as we spotlight #TeamMindshare’s rising talent across the USA. Everything we do is about Provocation with Purpose. We’re a team that is radically honest – we call this our Authenticity Quotient. We are curious and competitive – that’s our Passion Quotient. We embrace teamwork and adaptability – that’s our Emotional Quotient.
How do you bring Provocation with Purpose to life every day?
Rarely do people come up with great ideas without being challenged. I always like to question ideas and present the other side to help push boundaries. The work Mindshare does – whether it is in Chicago office, New York, or anywhere around the world – we’re always creating and executing recognized work and truly changing the way brands approach media.
What do you think is the most exciting thing happening in media right now?
The evolution of data – as technology becomes more and more sophisticated, finding new and unique ways to access and utilize data is key. Data will differentiate brands from their competitors, and help us reach a new, untapped audience.
What or who inspires you?
Other ideas! I think there is nothing more inspiring than seeing an impressive campaign or concept brought to life in an original way. Seeing what other people are capable of pushes me to think creatively and think of ways I can to apply or execute those ideas with the brands I work on.
What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
Live in the moment and cherish the time you have. So many of us get caught up harping on the past or looking forward to the future and we miss experiencing the present.
If you could eat only one cuisine for the rest of your life what would it be?
Definitely Italian!
